How long can I rent for?

We offer 4, 8 and 15 day rentals. Your order will be delivered to your door on or before the first day of the rental and collected on or after the last day.

We recommend booking your rental to arrive at least 1 day before you need it incase there are any delays.

Do I need to wash the item after the rental?

Don't worry about the cleaning - our dry cleaning partner takes care of that.

What happens if I damage it?

We understand minor wear and tear can happen so any minor repairs are on us - we won't charge you.

However, if the item has extensive damage or is damaged beyond repair, we may have to charge you for the cost of repairs or the pre-loved price of the item.

What if it doesn't fit?

We accept returns - you just need to let us know within 4 hours of the item being delivered and ensure you make it available for our courier to collect it on the same day.

If it isn't handed to our courier on the same day, we won't be able to issue a refund.

Can I exchange my item?

We aren't able to do exchanges so please place a new order for your replacement item.

Can I try it on before I rent?

Yes you can - come on down to the So Much Trouble store at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai Marina

Do you offer same day delivery?

We can offer same day delivery within Dubai for orders made before 5pm. Otherwise, orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next day (excluding Sunday).

Orders booked on Sunday with standard delivery will be delivered on Tuesday.
